Harald Siefken

Harald is an Engineer with over 25 years of experience. As a designer and product developer Harald strongly believes that good documentation, requirements, and communication are the best foundation for running a successful project. Combining that with an architecture and a mutual understanding of fit, form, and function leaves little room for ambiguity and assumptions among stakeholders.
Harald grew up in Germany and received a Bachelor’s equivalent Degree in Information Technology from the Fachhochschule Osnabrück. Since then he has worked across various industries with roles in Applications Engineering, electronic hardware and FPGA design, and product development. His work has covered industrial, cinematography and VR cameras, development of test electronics and test systems, as well as root cause analysis on products and systems.
Throughout his career Harald has worked in many different technical leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams and supporting technical sales. Harald currently works on a variety of electronic hardware and FPGA design projects. He is also branching out into technical mentoring and coaching using his leadership and personal development expertise.
