In the early years CEI participated heavily in Ontario’s accessibility market. Since 2004, the focus shifted, capitalizing on the growing popularity of home elevators in new home construction. A direct sales and installation strategy focuses on home builder and renovator customers in Southern Ontario while a dealer network of elevator contractors was setup to address active markets across North America.

Current Senior Management believes a strong internal culture creates a customer first atmosphere.  This recipe’s success contributed to 5-years of solid financial growth and the requirement to move into a 33,000 square-foot owned facility from a leased building less than half the size.
