Matt brings over 24 years experience in various manufacturing environments from industrial to tech, managing projects and hands-on teams in every aspect of supply & demand chain, in both large multi-national corporations and start-ups where the supply chain must be built from zero. His experience includes expertise in ERP functionality, materials planning & scheduling, inventory management, production management, sales & operations planning, logistics, purchasing and sourcing, supplier strategy & management, new product introduction, supply chain risk and resilience, and international trade. Matt uses a holistic “system thinking” approach to develop and synchronize these key business processes.
In 2016 he co-founded Berlin KraftWorks to help companies of all sizes manage the process of optimizing existing products and getting prototype products ready for production.
in 2022, Matt took his passion for supply chain resilience to the next level by founding Naviga Supply Chain.
