Preparing companies for resiliency by building supply chains that are competitive and easier to navigate
Naviga Supply Chain began as Berlin KraftWorks in 2016, founded by Peter Heuss and Matt Weller. Over the following 5 years we helped companies to integrate their supply chain and engineering functions to the betterment of their products and operations as a whole. However, after the pandemic hit, we heard from many companies, particularly Small and Medium sized Manufacturers (SMEs), who needed help navigating the complexities and risks of modern supply chains. While the pandemic has faded, the call for this need has only grown. In response, we have shifted our focus to Supply Chain Resilience, and Naviga Supply Chain was born.
Naviga is made up of a team of supply chain and operations professionals with decades of hands-on experience in manufacturing, giving us insight to the unique supply chain challenges of SME’s here in Canada.
We assist your company to build supply chain resiliency strategies and methods with an integrative system thinking approach. We consider the performance of all elements and resources in your specific supply chain, and build approaches that are effective, practical, and that work within your operational realities
Our team of professionals are Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) certified.
