Putting companies back in the driver's seat
Naviga Supply Chain began as Berlin KraftWorks in 2016, founded by Peter Heuss and Matt Weller. As an engineering firm, we helped companies to optimize existing products and get prototype products ready for production, while integrating their supply chain and engineering functions to the betterment of their products and operations as a whole. However when the pandemic hit, we heard from many companies, particularly Small and Medium sized Manufacturers, who wanted to get ahead of the complexities and risks of modern supply chains that were impacting their strategic goals and operational performance. While the pandemic has faded, the call for this need has only grown. In response, we have shifted our focus to Supply Chain Risk and Resilience, and in July 2022 Naviga Supply Chain was born.
Our work is focused on building frameworks, methods and programs that uncover hidden supply chain risks and opportunities for manufacturers in Canada. We deliver realistic and actionable solutions that fit within the specific operational realities of our clients. In other words: real, specific insights, and real solutions that fit your company.
Our solutions put your business’s strategic goals back in the driver's seat with tools and insights that allow you prioritize risk responses, execute your operations in a proactive fashion, and recover faster after a risk event. |
